Communication Specialist & Ex- Operation Manager with experience of successfully coordinating the activities of various departments concerned with the Education & Health Programme donors and different stakeholders. Comfortable working with people of all levels and having a excellent commercial approach to dealing with field work in development sector in the side of Education & Health. Having proven people management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level. 1. Identify UC-level activities for inclusion in District level communication plan and communicate to District Health Communication Support Officer (DHCSO)
2. Identify IEC requirements and distribution plan and coordinate with necessary partners to ensure implementation.
3. Ensure influential religious leaders, elders, etc. are included in team micro-plans
4. Assist in preparation of SMs’ work plan and ensure inclusion of SMs' names in the VC micro-plan
5. Conduct initial and on-going listing and mapping of underserved communities and classification of these. Keep track of all children under 5, vaccination status, as well as migration patterns and practices.
6. To ensure communication and social mobilization planning is included in UC micro plans of the highest quality.
7. Support in micro planning, including determining best timings (flexible) for vaccination activities.
8. Ensure, through Medical Officer in Charge (MOIC)/DMO, that routine immunization services are made available to cover the high risk groups.

10. List congregations that require interventions and mobilize leaders in co-ordination with MOIC.
11. Identify religion/cultural belief system/behaviors and accordingly use this to feed into communication material/ strategies and planning.
12. Identify Information Education Communication (IEC) requirements and develop dissemination plans accordingly.
13. Hold community events, meetings, rallies, etc. to mobilize underserved groups for polio vaccination.

15. Monitor effectiveness of SMs and the activities conducted by him/her.

1. Managed overall operational activities of the Karachi, Hyderabad & Rahim Yar Khan Districts in which 800 non-formal schools were established.
2. Planned and implemented Education program in the Karachi region.
3. Coordination with District Education officials for implementation of BRAC education model and methodology

17. Developed Teacher Guides and primers for strengthening early reading skills for Primary & Adolescents Development Program.
